I'm so stinkin' excited about this week! Rachel Durik (my favoritest photographer ever!!) is judging. I love taking pictures of feet, they're so cute! I know, that sounds kinda weird, but it's fun! :) Well, Rachel, I hope you have a blast judging this week!

I'm BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So sorry it took me so long to get back! Let me explain... We finally got the computer, and I was so happy! Then.... I found out that all my pictures had been erased off of it! Thankfully, I had kept all of my best and favorite pictures on the camera. So, we got the computer back, but I had to leave for camp the next morning and between packing and all that stuff, I didn't have time to upload the pictures back onto the camera. Camp was amazing! I made alot of great friends, but sadly I didn't take the camera. I now wish I had. :p Anyways, I'm glad to be back home!
This is a picture of the sunset at the plaza right in front of our church. Gorgeous, huh?

My favorite 7-year old brother, Aaron :)

This is my little brother Aaron. He loves sports and likes to take pictures. He got his first camera about two years ago. unfortunately his camera is one of those kind which sucks up the battery as fast as you can stick it in. So, he constantly asks me if he can take a few pictures with my camera. "Just 5 pictures?? Please???" And so, I let him. He took pictures of the dog, of me and Sophie, and the sky. I taught him the rule of thirds and he caught on right away. I even used one of his pictures for my profile picture on Facebook! I think this kid is a born-photographer. This is one of his first pictures using my camera.
Pretty good for a 7 yr old, huh?

My family is all about sports. In fact, my yard is like our own gym. Our idea of a family activity is a volleyball night and then sitting around watching our favorite teams and cheering them on. My grandma is the biggest sports fan in my family. I guess that´s where we all get it from. My grandma always checks the latest stats and can pretty much tell you anything you want to know about baseball, golf, football and all the college sports too.
My backyard has balls and tennis rackets laying around in it. In the far back is the volleyball ¨court¨ and in the front is the soccer ¨goal¨. a.k.a. some green lines on the white wall. We used to have a basketball net, but unfortunately, it fell down from so much playing.


Even the dog likes to play. She´s one of the best defenders around when it comes to soccer! She like to steal the ball and run around with it until someone catches her. :)
