To use ~ or ~ Not to use

I'm taking a vote!
-The Question-
Do you think that a real, genuine, photographer should use Photoshop, constantly? I mean, the kind of editing where you can't even recognize it from the original?
-My Personal Opinion-
This is JUST my opinion and should not affect your OWN opinion.
I think it's ok to maybe up the color a little bit, maybe remove a few pimples etc... but have you ever noticed the kind of pictures where you think - WOW! That's one cool picture!- Then you see the original and you're kinda disappointed...
